How we relate to our stakeholders Quantum’s sustainability overview considers stakeholder engagement as one of the main initiatives to implement effective and respectful actions towards the environment and the communities surrounding its assets. According to João Carlos de Oliveira, responsible for the area dealing with the Environmental, Land and ESG theme, Quantum seeks to understand the regions where its concessions are inserted, respect the regional character and seek means of communication aimed at each public involved. In this sense, Quantum’s Stakeholder Engagement Plan (PES) was born out of the company’s desire to get closer to its stakeholders, especially those present in the regions where its concessions pass.
